Your experience in oil and gas&mdash;spanning field operations, production, drilling, or land&mdash;will enable you to translate complex workflows into scalable digital solutions. You aren&#39;t just a &quot;backlog manager&quot;; you are a change agent who understands that a tool is only successful if your key stakeholders (such as the field engineers and landmen) actually use it.</p><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Discovery &amp; Requirements Gathering:</strong> Partner with stakeholders across Drilling, Completions, Operations, and Land to translate complex workflows into functional technical specifications.</li><li><strong>Agile Product Leadership:</strong> Own the product roadmap. Prioritize the backlog based on ROI, safety, and strategic alignment. Lead sprint planning, grooming, and reviews in a fast-paced environment.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Change Management:</strong> Act as the primary point of contact for leadership and end-users. Develop and execute change management plans, including user training, documentation, and feedback loops to ensure high adoption rates.</li><li><strong>High-Touch Communication:</strong> Bridge the gap between &quot;data science speak&quot; and &quot;field speak.&quot; Provide regular, transparent updates to executive leadership on project milestones, risks, and production impacts.</li><li><strong>Data-Driven Validation:</strong> Define and track KPIs for in-house tools (e.g., production uplift percentages, reduction in manual data entry hours, or lease acquisition speed).</li></ul><p><strong>Bonus Points: UI/UX &amp; Design Thinking</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>The &quot;User-First&quot; Edge</strong>: Experience in UI/UX design or wireframing (using tools like Figma or Adobe XD) is a significant plus.
