This position focuses on new tool setter technology and RFID communications.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Stuart, Florida. On-Site. Monday to Thursday, 5 AM to 3 PM.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lay out tools for all manual, CNC, or EDM machines to perform completely and independently specific operations as outlined in the methods and process sheets.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Changes, sets, and adjusts precision tools as required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Loads and deletes programs in the computer.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Makes minor adjustments of feeds and speeds on the assigned machine.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Learn the machinability of metals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Grinds own cutting tools and drills (other than special purpose tools).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains specific tolerances and accurately performs dimensions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Checks parts using specified gages or furnished fixtures to ensure dimensions are maintained.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs routine maintenance checks and reports improper machine function.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communication of damaged tools to machinist for review.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains a neat and orderly work area.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follows all applicable safety rules and precautions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with related training of other employees as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1 year of relevant manufacturing experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future.
