    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">JOB DESCRIPTION: </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure reliable, secure, and effective technology operations by supporting staff, maintaining infrastructure, and aligning IT systems with the mission and vision of Cornerstone Church.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Direct Supervisor: </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Mark Duvick</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Title:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> IT Specialist</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This is a FULL-TIME staff position. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Staff Support</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide day-to-day technical support through the Help Desk, resolving IT-related issues efficiently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage staff onboarding/offboarding processes, including device setup, account provisioning, and tech orientation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Administer cloud-based platforms (email, file storage, Planning Center, etc.) and maintain internal IT documentation for staff support.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Infrastructure and Planning</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain and support networking infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless, etc.) and perform regular equipment maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop and execute a service schedule to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Track EOL/EOS items and prioritize weekly maintenance tasks accordingly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate and manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain system documentation, track IT assets and licenses, and assess infrastructure for improvements aligned with church goals.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Security &amp; Staff Training</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Implement and oversee basic cybersecurity measures, including password policies, MFA, and regular software updates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct periodic training for staff on security best practices, data handling, phishing awareness, and digital hygiene.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitor and respond to security alerts or incidents, escalating when necessary.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Production Support</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">When available, assist the Production Team with technical support for events and special projects.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">JOB EVALUATION</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Your Job Description will be the basis of regular evaluation and coaching.
