This includes, but not limited to, making specialty service appointments; patient registration; coordinating the appointment process for patients; assisting with obtaining specialist consult reports; arranging transportation to specialty appointments; answering and directing all phone calls; and maintaining a professional and confidential working environment. Required Education/Required Training: High School diploma or equivalent. Required Experience: Minimum 3 year experience in an office setting preferable medical office setting.
