    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking a technically proficient Lead Developer to architect, develop, and optimize Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle PaaS-based solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (especially Project Billing, AR, Collections, and Enterprise Contracts), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and related PaaS technologies. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end technical implementations, integrations, and customizations across the Contract-to-Cash lifecycle.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Solution Architecture & Development:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle PaaS (OIC, VBCS, PCS, APEX).</li>\n   <li>Lead the development of custom extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle APEX, and Java Cloud Service.</li>\n   <li>Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, BIP, and OTBI for data exchange and reporting.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Leadership:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and oversee the full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.</li>\n  <li>Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.</li>\n  <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Business Analysts.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Integration & Data Management:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Architect and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and third-party systems using OIC, SOA Suite, and REST/SOAP services.</li>\n  <li>Manage data conversions, migrations, and synchronization using ODI, Autosys, and Oracle Cloud Scheduler.</li>\n  <li>Ensure data integrity and performance optimization across Oracle ATP, ADW, and DBaaS environments.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Security & Compliance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Implement and manage Oracle Cloud Security, including role-based access control (RBAC), Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), and LDAP integration.</li>\n  <li>Support IT SOX compliance, segregation of duties (SoD), and audit requirements.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Monitoring & Support:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Configure and monitor ESS jobs, handle service requests (SRs), and troubleshoot complex technical issues across SaaS and PaaS environments.</li>\n  <li>Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting & Analytics:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Develop and maintain reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).</li>\n  <li>Design and optimize dashboards and data visualizations for financial and operational insights.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Education and/or Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</li>\n <li>8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP technical development, with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.</li>\n <li>Proven experience with:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder (VBCS), and Process Cloud Service (PCS).</li>\n  <li>Oracle Fusion Financials modules: AR, Project Billing, Collections, Enterprise Contracts.</li>\n  <li>BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, and REST/SOAP APIs.</li>\n  <li>Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ATP, ADW, DBaaS.</li>\n  <li>Autosys, ODI, and Oracle Cloud Scheduler for job orchestration.</li>\n  <li>Oracle Cloud Security, IDCS, and LDAP integration.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills/Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration Specialist, Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist).</li>\n <li>Experience with Oracle Cloud AI Agents</li>\n <li>Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and DevOps pipelines.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Fusion Redwood UI, Groovy scripting, and Oracle Digital Assistant.</li>\n <li>Experience with global ERP rollouts and onboarding of new legal entities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits Overview:</strong></p> \n<p>Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
