    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Shift- Part Time (Overnight)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>This is an overnight position. 2x 12-hour shifts. Will be either M, T, or Th, F</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Completes daily diagnostic imaging studies within the modalities of CT, Digital Radiography, and C-Arm to produce high quality images for diagnostic purposes.</p>\n<p>This is an overnight position. 2  12-hour shifts. Will be either M, T,  or  Th, F</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Essential Job Functions</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtains patient history and allergies, informs patients of study, safety, contrast media contraindications.</li>\n<li>Maintains a safe environment for the patient, staff, and visitors in and around radiology department including the MRI Suite.</li>\n<li>Provides patient instructions related to exam including breathing, communication, observation and length of study, along with post study instructions.</li>\n<li>Enters required patient information accurately into the EHR; scans patients in accordance with specified appropriate protocol.</li>\n<li>Produces imaging in accordance with optimum standards for radiologist interpretation.  Including appropriate imaging recons.  Completes notes on each patient in PACS.</li>\n<li>Performs assigned responsibilities as epidural pain management technologist during procedures.</li>\n<li>Performs assigned responsibilities as C-arm fluoro in OR and procedure technologist as necessary for imaging procedures.</li>\n<li>Participates in taking call rotation and Holiday rotation when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Demonstrates the spirit of the philosophy, mission, and values of the hospital through words and actions and implements them into departmental processes, programs, and the working environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Animas Surgical Hospital is a drug free workplace and performs a pre-employment alcohol and drug screen which includes marijuana. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Minimum Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Education:  </span>Graduation from an ARRT approved program in Radiologic Technology.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Certification, Licensure:  </span>Current CPR certification; registration through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, R.T. (R) (CT)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Experience, Training, Knowledge:  </span>Minimum of one (1) year of experience as technologist in a surgical or hospital setting with a strong working knowledge of Radiography and CT. C-Arm experience a plus.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to fifty (50) pounds while administering care to patients, etc. Stooping, kneeling, and/or crouching daily in delivery of patient care, obtaining equipment, etc. Standing and walking more than five (5) hours per day in administering patient care in multiple rooms.  Running occasionally in responding to patient care emergencies.  Reaching, grasping, handling, and/or feeling five (5) or more hours per day in administering patient care, i.e. operating various radiologic equipment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Base Salary Range: $30.00-$42.00</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Working Conditions/Environmental Exposures:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Environmental hazards such as chemicals, solvents, needles, needle containers, sharps, blood, body fluids, various infectious/communicable diseases, infectious medical waste, radiation, and/or radioactive materials and/or radioactive waste, proximity to moving mechanical parts.  Protective clothing/equipment may be necessary.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">ASH IMMUNIZATIONS AND VACCINATIONS REQUIREMENTS</span>– <em>Aligns with CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) for Healthcare Personnel</em> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Hepatitis B</span>- Lab evidence of immunity (titer) to Hepatitis B or three doses Hep B vaccine at appropriate intervals</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Influenza</span>- documentation of current seasonal flu vaccine (mandatory from November 1st through March 31st each year)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Measles, Mumps, and Rubella</span> - Lab evidence of immunity (titer) to Measles, Mumps, and Rubella or 2 doses of MMR Vaccination</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Varicella</span> (chickenpox) - Lab evidence of immunity (titer) to Varicella or 2 doses of Varicella Vaccine</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis (Tdap) -</span> documented proof of immunization</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Tuberculosis Screening</span>-  Documentation of a two-step TB skin test within the past year <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">OR </span>lab verification of a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><em>negative </em></span>TB Gold or T-Spot tuberculin test within the past 6 months</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>* VACCINE RECORDS OR EVIDENCE OF IMMUNITY ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO 1ST DAY OF SCHEDULED WORK*</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Open until filled</p>",
