Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care, and we are seeking motivated, dedicated professionals to join us in making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PURPOSE STATEMENT:</p>\n<p>Responsible for safely transporting patients to and from appointments, activity trips, airport shuttle service and other special events.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p>\n<p>· Pick up or transports visitors or staff as needed.</p>\n<p>· Transport patients for admissions and discharges.</p>\n<p>· Assure that all passengers are wearing seatbelts before the vehicle is started.</p>\n<p>· Drive company facility vehicle to pick-up supplies or equipment, as needed.</p>\n<p>· Respond and adhere to “on call” schedule as required.</p>\n<p>· Accurately and appropriately complete all transportation documentation.</p>\n<p>· Maintain vehicle log(s) and report maintenance issues to appropriate facility staff.</p>\n<p>· Ensure all company vehicles are kept clean and functional.</p>\n<p>· Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints.
