The role generally includes 2 to 3 overnight shifts per week, operating from 11:30pm to 8:00am across a 7-day roster, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays.</p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include assisting overnight guests, completing the Night Audit process accurately and ensuring the hotel remains safe, welcoming and professionally presented at all times.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Additional shifts may also be available as a Guest Service Agent. Flexibility and a guest-first mindset are essential, as you may support across multiple departments including Reception and Food &amp; Beverage, helping deliver a seamless and personalised guest experience throughout the hotel.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is part-time. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
