This position plays a vital role in maintaining tooling equipment, supporting production through efficient die setup and maintenance, and contributing to the overall quality and performance of our operations.</p><hr data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"700\"><h3 data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"730\">🚀 Key Responsibilities:</h3><p data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"763\"><strong data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"763\">Tool &amp; Die Specific Duties:</strong></p><ul data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"1413\"><li data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"857\"><p data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"857\">Maintain, repair, and build dies, fixtures, and tooling components to print specifications.</p></li><li data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"927\"><p data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"927\">Sharpen, shim, and heat-treat cutting tools to required tolerances.</p></li><li data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"1012\"><p data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"1012\">Set up and operate tool room equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDM.</p></li><li data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1110\"><p data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1110\">Diagnose die and tooling issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.</p></li><li data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1189\"><p data-start=\"1113\" data-end=\"1189\">Support die changes, press set-ups, and preventative maintenance scheduling.</p></li><li data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1261\"><p data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1261\">Design and develop new tools and gages or refurbish existing tooling.</p></li><li data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1332\"><p data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1332\">Lace/start strips and perform first/last piece evaluations per SOPs.</p></li><li data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1413\"><p data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1413\">Create Tool Repair Tags (TRT) and follow process control procedures&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1439\"><strong data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1439\">Machining &amp;
