          "text": "<p>The Mortgage Department provides our community the highest quality member mortgage experience. We deliver value for our membership with our depth of product offerings, competitive pricing, simplified process and commitment to member service throughout the life of the loan.&#xa0;</p><p>The primary purpose of this position is to work with Wings mortgage production staff, members and potential members to assist them in identifying and securing a mortgage loan that is appropriate for achieving their financial goals, including home ownership. The Manager coordinates their team's origination of compliant files for conventional, FHA, and VA lending for a pre-determined amount of mortgage volume that is determined on a yearly basis.&#xa0;<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the meeting of goals and operation of the mortgage loan production department.</li><li>Manage mortgage staff to provide training, direction, standards and evaluations.</li><li>Coach&#xa0;and lead&#xa0;staff in external loan origination and the highest service quality levels.</li><li>Participate in mortgage teams for QC, underwriting, compliance and P&amp;P updates.</li><li>Originate employee and high-profile member mortgage loans.</li><li>Collaborates with Business Development and Marketing for product education, and sales objectives.</li><li>Monitor weekly and monthly mortgage loan production reports and ensure all compliance. Daily oversight of the pipeline, web, phone and face-to-face applications.</li><li>Monitor competitors' interest rates and mortgage loan marketing programs. Make recommendations for mortgage loan product and service enhancements.</li><li>Develop seminars and educational mortgage loan outreach programs.&#xa0; Research potential programs and cost benefit analysis.</li><li>Monitor MMG and Mortgage Currency, Fanniemae, and AllRegs sites for pertinent information.</li><li>Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Wings policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or related field of study preferred.</li><li>7+ years' lending experience (either consumer or mortgage) to include:&#xa0;<ul><li>3+ years' mortgage lending/sales experience.</li><li>2+ years' supervisory experience.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills: </strong></p><ul><li>Strong sales and mortgage loan product and underwriting requirements experience.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including coaching skills.</li><li>Must be able to handle multiple projects at a time.</li><li>Comprehension of mortgage lending compliance regulations, conventional, FHA and VA experience for structuring loan programs.</li><li>Extensive experience with FNMA DU automated underwriting system.</li><li>Must be skilled in developing educational materials and programs for members and staff.</li></ul><p><strong>Certifications Required:</strong></p><ul><li>State Issued Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.&#xa0;</li><li>Able to obtain and maintain NMLS registration in good standing.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
