You’ll collaborate with our team to develop detailed drawings, renderings, and construction documentation that move projects from idea to reality. This role is perfect for a licensed architect ready to deepen their technical expertise, refine design skills, and contribute meaningfully to a firm that puts people first.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span></p>\n<p>You’re a motivated, detail-oriented designer who blends creativity with technical precision. You communicate clearly, manage your time effectively, and maintain a professional yet approachable presence with both clients and teammates.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead portions of design development and construction documentation for small to medium projects</li>\n<li>Develop drawings, models, sections, and details in Revit and AutoCAD that accurately communicate design intent</li>\n<li>Participate in design charettes and create exhibits, studies, and client presentations</li>\n<li>Conduct field measurements and site visits to understand existing conditions and project context</li>\n<li>Research code and technical requirements to ensure compliance and feasibility</li>\n<li>Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other disciplines for cohesive project integration</li>\n<li>Select materials and finishes aligned with project goals and sustainability practices</li>\n<li>Review and implement redlines with precision and ownership</li>\n<li>Mentor and support production staff as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tools You’ll Use</span></p>\n<p>Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop), and rendering software</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree from a NAAB-accredited architecture program</li>\n<li>Active architectural license</li>\n<li>3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and production</li>\n<li>Strong design and detailing skills, with an understanding of materials, codes, and construction methods</li>\n<li>Proven ability to produce full drawing sets for small to medium projects</li>\n<li>Experience with prototypical project specs, ComChecks, and custom detailing</li>\n<li>A creative mindset and an eye for both aesthetics and practicality</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li>\n<li>A collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented attitude</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join the Krew:</span></p>\n<p>Our Vision:<br>Kinetic Design + Development is pushing the limits of traditional architectural practice.
