    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Primary Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and follow maintenance procedures to ensure consistent equipment performance.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues.</li>\n <li>Check electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to ensure functionality.</li>\n <li>Support repair, maintenance, and installation activities while following all safety policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on all building systems and equipment.</li>\n <li>Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.</li>\n <li>Monitor equipment inventory and notify supervisor when orders are needed.</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed maintenance logs and daily activity reports.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with contractors and service providers as directed.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>\n <li>A minimum of 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician.</li>\n <li>Experience in planning and performing maintenance operations.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic systems, etc. is strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of facility machines and equipment.</li>\n <li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Veterans Encouraged to Apply</strong></p>\n<p>At NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
