          "text": "<p>The person is responsible for the operational execution of procurement activities, transportation logistics and the day-to-day management of suppliers, in line with the directions, priorities and frameworks established by management. Acts as a point of contact between production, suppliers and internal stakeholders and actively contributes to the stability and fluidity of operations.</p><p><strong>Procurement and Logistics</strong></p><ul><li>Plan supplies according to production schedule, priorities and inventory.</li><li>Issue orders and follow up on confirmations and deadlines, then ensure reminders.</li><li>Coordinate transportation logistics, including documentation and incident resolution.</li><li>Monitor the inventory, and trigger actions to avoid shortages and surpluses.</li><li>Escalate critical procurement and logistics issues to relevant stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Supplier management</strong></p><ul><li>Be the primary point of contact for suppliers in day-to-day operations.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and document deviations.</li><li>Manage supplier issues and organize corrective actions with internal teams.</li><li>Identify supply risks and propose mitigation solutions.</li><li>Participate in supplier reviews and suggest improvements or arbitrations.</li></ul><p><strong>Operational coordination and production support</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for production with internal stakeholders.</li><li>Address priority business requests and ensure business continuity.</li><li>Inform the Director of critical or exceptional situations and ensure their follow-up.</li><li>Ensure clear and collaborative communication to align needs and priorities across teams.</li><li>Find solutions in the event of a supply problem and document the issues.</li></ul><p><strong>Continuous Improvement, Compliance and Data</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and requirements.</li><li>Properly use existing systems and maintain reliable and up-to-date data.</li><li>Track and communicate indicators to support decision-making.</li><li>Contribute to control and traceability activities and propose standardizations when required.</li></ul>",
