    "description_html": "<p><strong>The Staff Physical Therapist</strong> is a clinical position that is responsible for the treatment and management of personal injury, other third party, and wellness patients.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Duties:</strong> The position requires the following primary duties to be successful:&nbsp;</p><p>• Performs all clinical duties as it relates to the care of patients at Motion Rehabilitation&nbsp;</p><p>• Supervises and mentors Physical Therapy Assistants at respective clinic location including clinical and administrative function&nbsp;</p><p>• Co-manage relationships and communication among local physical therapy department and team members&nbsp;</p><p>• Interdisciplinary Environment: Effectively communicate clinical and non-clinical information as it pertains to the patients with other staff physical therapists, PTAs, chiropractors, clinic directors, orthopedic and medical manages, and/or ELT as deemed necessary.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Expectations:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>• Co-manage daily operations for physical therapy services of their local office to ensure execution of the company’s mission and goals&nbsp;</p><p>• PT is required to see 16-18 patients per day&nbsp;</p><p>• PT is to complete documentation for visits within 48 business hours&nbsp;</p><p>• Provide comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation, including joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise progressions, functional movement training, manual therapy, and return-to-activity programming.&nbsp;</p><p>• Provide vestibular and neurocognitive therapies, along with a focus on therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities, manual therapy and gait training&nbsp;</p><p>• Willingness and ability to travel to other Motion Rehabilitation locations within or outside of their geographical region to perform the same or similar physical therapy duties&nbsp;</p><p>• Exhibit exceptional knowledge of all components of personal injury and/or third-party liability services lines&nbsp;</p><p>• Effectively treat, document, and manage all aspects of a patient’s care and personal injury case&nbsp;</p><p>• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</p><p>• Know your metrics and key performance indicators&nbsp;</p><p>• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, inviting and outfitted with the help of the site coordinator and staff members&nbsp;</p><p>• Fulfill all continuing education requirements necessary to maintain an active and valid professional license&nbsp;</p><p>• Be organized and efficient&nbsp;</p><p>• Be passionate and professional&nbsp;</p><p>• Be smart, work smart&nbsp;</p><p>• Lead by example&nbsp;</p><p>• Have a positive attitude&nbsp;</p><p>• Be a positive agent for change to enhance the improvements to the physical therapy program's performance and productivity.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Metrics:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The execution of the position is quantifiably measured by the following:&nbsp;</p><p>• Documentation Efficiency&nbsp;</p><p>• Patient Compliance&nbsp;</p><p>• Total Patient Visits&nbsp;</p><p>• Gross Revenue of clinic/location&nbsp;</p><p>• Metrics may be changed/updated at any time at the discretion of management&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>• Master’s or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program&nbsp;</p><p>• Experience: no previous experience required BUT 1+ years of outpatient orthopedics a plus&nbsp;</p><p>• Preferred: Ability to effectively multi-task under time pressure.
