The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Microsoft .NET technology stack, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li>Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API</li><li>Participate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions</li><li>Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards</li><li>Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production defects</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Product Owners</li><li>Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making</li><li>Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data protection standards</li></ul><p><span><strong>Eligibility Requirements</strong></span></p><ul><li>7+ years of strong experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core development</li><li>Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API</li><li>Strong knowledge of RESTful services and microservices architecture</li><li>Hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)</li><li>Experience with Entity Framework / Dapper / ADO.NET</li><li>Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles</li><li>Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3; Angular/React is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with Git / Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines</li><li><span>Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments</span></li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables</li><li>Mentoring and leadership mindset<span>&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><span>In the US, the target base salary for this role is&nbsp;$130,000-$150,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
