This role will additionally support CNA duties as needed.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>To be successful in this role, you&#39;ll need to have knowledge or experience in the following:&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Sincere desire to work with individuals who may be frail and aged</li>\r\n\t<li>Must have sense of responsibility, moral integrity, good judgment, alertness and skill in recognizing and identifying symptoms and dealing with behavioral problems&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Communication skills regarding resident status and progression</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to work closely with a team and collaborate to coordinate daily responsibilities and tasks&nbsp;</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>What You&#39;ll Do:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Provide direct restorative care, as assigned, completing work accurately, safely and in a timely manner.</li>\r\n\t<li>Coach and assist neighborhood nursing assistants in positioning, ROM, ambulation, ADL safety device application, appropriate padding and wheelchair cushions, splint, heel float devices and contracture care and educates related to RNP, when residents are referred.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Serve as a resource and teammate to other nursing assistants, working with them to provide the specific restorative nursing care for each resident&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to document progress and record restorative minutes in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Work cooperatively and productively with others, including residents, families, and other employees&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Accountable and responsible for the delivery of Restorative Nursing program services utilizing program guidelines&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>In collaboration with Nursing Supervisor and/or Nursing Administration, adjust staffing levels as needed</li>\r\n\t<li>Will assist with resident feeding during mealtimes as needed&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>May be pulled to CNA to support staffing and resident needs, as needed</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>What You Bring:&nbsp;</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Nursing Assistant training and current registration on the Nurse Aide Registry, meet requirements to maintain registration</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom: 11px;\">1 year exerience as a CNA in a Long-Term Care facility.\r\n\t<ul>\r\n\t\t<li style=\"margin-bottom: 11px;\">Restorative Nursing Assistant experience preferred</li>\r\n\t</ul>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom: 11px;\">Education and training by a licensed therapist, the Restorative Nursing Management Coordinator and competency tested annually&nbsp;</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Why You Should Choose to Work with Us  &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>We work hard to create a One Team culture of care and collaboration and ensure that team members are best equipped to lead happy, healthy, and balanced lives.
