Full training provided.</li><li>Veterans strongly encouraged to apply.</li><li>If you&#8217;re someone who loves antiquing, garage sales, thrift stores, or organizing treasures, this could be the perfect fit for you.</li></ul><p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Work as part of a small team to help clients downsize, relocate, and liquidate household items.</li><li>Organize, sort, and pack/unpack items in homes and senior living communities.</li><li>Research, photograph, and describe items for online auctions and in-person estate sales.</li><li>Assist customers during auction pickup days and estate sales.</li><li>Sort items for donation, recycling, and disposal as needed.</li><li>Follow company standards for safety, professionalism, and client care.</li></ul><p>This is NOT a mover role. No moving large furniture or items over 25 pounds.</p><p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Need</strong></p><ul><li>Compassion, respect, and a positive attitude toward clients and their families.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt to new situations and work in changing environments.</li><li>Comfortable working in homes that may be cluttered or dusty (we provide gloves, aprons, masks etc. when needed).</li><li>Reliable transportation and smartphone access for scheduling, auction set-up, and project management tracking.</li><li>Age 18+ with a valid driver&#8217;s license.</li><li>Ability to stand, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.</li><li>Must pass a background check prior to employment.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage ($17-$20 based on experience, specific role &amp; attendance)</li><li>Truly flexible part-time schedule with no mandatory or guaranteed number&#160;of hours</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented environment</li><li>Paid Training</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li></ul><p>Our East Central Florida office is a&#160;<strong>small, growing team</strong>&#160;where you&#8217;ll have a direct impact from day one.
