We are seeking an <strong>Automotive Sales Professional </strong>to join our team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models </li>\n <li>Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers </li>\n <li>Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. </li>\n <li>Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business </li>\n <li>Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers </li>\n <li>Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years of Sales experience required; Automotive sales preferred.</li>\n <li>Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.</li>\n <li>Confidence in your ability to be successful.</li>\n <li>A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment. </li>\n <li>Great attitude with high-energy personality.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and work ethic.</li>\n <li>Self-starter and self-motivated.</li>\n <li>Ability to work well in a process driven environment.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions.
