Whether you're passionate about business, leadership, or healthcare management, this internship will give you the tools and experience to take your career to the next level!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Our Business Development internship focuses on partnering with leaders and teams across the organization to support strategic growth initiatives. Interns primarily provide analytical and research support for transactions such as acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and de novos, while also contributing to key corporate development and business strategy projects</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Essential Responsibilities/Job Duties:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyzes potential acquisitions, supporting the preparation of financial models and presentations for senior management and external use.</li>\n <li>Works with other departments and divisions on diligence of potential acquisitions.</li>\n <li>Assists in supporting portions of transactions including assisting in negotiating transaction terms by providing input on negotiating points.</li>\n <li>Helps to identify new markets and customer needs by researching current market trends and provides key analytical support for issues facing the Company.</li>\n <li>Provides analytical and research support to help teams evaluate options and address issues that arise during strategic and transactional projects.</li>\n <li>Researches and develops an understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>From day one, you'll engage in interactive workshops, networking events, and leadership discussions that provide insight into the industry. You'll collaborate with peers, work on real-world projects, and gain exposure to different departments to broaden your skill set. Throughout the program, there will be opportunities to connect with mentors and showcase your work in a final project. By the end of your internship, you’ll walk away with valuable experience, a strong professional network, and a deeper understanding of your career path.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting.</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and organization.</li>\n <li>A highly motivated, reliable individual with a strong work ethic.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel internal and external\n  <ul>\n   <li>effectively and professionally to the company.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Demonstrates a positive attitude and initiative.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
