    "description": "<p>DEM Elevating Equipment is seeking a skilled and dependable <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Industrial Spray Booth Painter</span> to join our growing team at our Salisbury, Maryland facility. If you take pride in quality workmanship, value safety, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>At DEM, you’ll be part of a company known for craftsmanship, innovation, and a strong commitment to its employees.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p>Assist the Manager with the following responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wear required personal protective equipment including respirators, disposable coveralls with hoods, safety glasses, and safety toe shoes</li>\n<li>Set up and operate spray booth painting equipment to coat metal products with paint and rust-proofing materials</li>\n<li>Prepare metal surfaces for painting</li>\n<li>Mix paints, chemicals, and thinners to required specifications and control viscosity levels</li>\n<li>Clean painting equipment and tools; organize and store materials properly</li>\n<li>Dispose of waste materials according to OSHA and company safety standards</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate daily and weekly production records</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial painting experience</li>\n<li>Experience working with spray booth operations</li>\n<li>Ability to wear a half-piece respirator during paint operations</li>\n<li>Ability to pass:\n<ul>\n<li>Annual OSHA-compliant respirator fit test</li>\n<li>Annual OSHA-compliant spirometry test</li>\n<li>Annual “Fit for Duty” physical</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per day and occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.</li>\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Skills &amp; Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of spray booth equipment and painting operations</li>\n<li>Strong time management and prioritization skills</li>\n<li>Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li>\n<li>Ability to identify issues and communicate effectively with supervisors</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Why Join DEM?</span></p>\n<p>We recognize that our people are our greatest strength.
