    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Overview</span>:</p>\n<p>The IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining, and operating the studio’s IT infrastructure that supports Live Casino operations on a day-to-day basis. This role focuses on network stability, connectivity, access management, and the reliability of on-site infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 live operations.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, configure, and maintain the local studio network (switches, routing, VLANs)</li>\n<li>Manage internet connectivity, redundancy, and failover</li>\n<li>Support on-prem servers and studio infrastructure</li>\n<li>Maintain workstations, PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices</li>\n<li>Support technical onboarding of new employees, including workstation setup and system access</li>\n<li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and VPN connectivity</li>\n<li>Administer corporate productivity platforms (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace), including user setup and access management</li>\n<li>Support CCTV systems as part of studio security infrastructure</li>\n<li>Monitor infrastructure health and respond to incidents</li>\n<li>Perform backup and recovery procedures</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot connectivity, network, and access-related issues</li>\n<li>Coordinate with internet providers and external IT vendors</li>\n<li>Maintain basic infrastructure documentation and network schemes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with on-prem networks and studio or office environments</li>\n<li>Experience working in 24/7 operational environments is a strong advantage</li>\n<li>Solid networking fundamentals (switches, VLANs, routing)</li>\n<li>Experience with internet connectivity and redundancy setups</li>\n<li>Windows and/or Linux server administration</li>\n<li>VPN and access management</li>\n<li>Administration of Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace</li>\n<li>Understanding of CCTV systems</li>\n<li>Monitoring and incident response experience</li>\n</ul>",
