    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst (MAGTF) to join our team of professionals in support of the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned (MCCLL).</p><p>Essential Duties &amp; Job Functions:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Support the planning and execution of the Marine Corps Lessons Learned Collection Campaign Plan, including coordination with Government stakeholders and participation in working groups.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Provide MAGTF-focused analytical support across all phases of lessons learned collection efforts, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Analyze collected operational data, after action reports (AARs), interviews, questionnaires, and other materials to identify trends, best practices, and areas for improvement.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Develop, draft, review, and staff formal MCCLL lessons learned reports in accordance with established standards and timelines.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Support the development and execution of collection initiatives, including assisting with interviews, questionnaires, and coordination with collection teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Review and provide feedback on collection plans, proposals, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with collection objectives.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Provide primary analytical support through virtual collaboration, in-progress reviews, report drafting, and coordination with collection teams following collection debriefs.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW103151054 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW103151054 BCX0\">Prepare and deliver briefings, information papers, and analytical products for military and Government leadership.</span></span></li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Conduct research and analysis using MCCLL repositories, SharePoint sites, and other data sources to support report development and decision-making.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Support Requests for Information (RFIs), taskers, and analytical requests from higher headquarters, operational units, and other stakeholders.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Perform quality control reviews of analytical products to ensure accuracy, consistency, readability, and analytical rigor.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Utilize MCCLL SharePoint and Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) platforms to document, manage, and archive lessons learned data and products.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Attend conferences, working groups, meetings, and operational events to support lessons learned collection and analysis efforts.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Perform related work as assigned.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Must be willing to work onsite as required to support program execution.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required based on mission requirements.</li></ul><p>Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)</p><p>Education</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Military Studies, Intelligence Studies, Operations Research, International Relations, or related discipline) with at least ten (10) years of relevant experience;
