Duties</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Assemble individual sexual health self-sampling kits in line with approved SOPs, quality standards, and agreed productivity targets.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Accurately select kit components, ensuring correct LOT numbers and expiry dates are used and recorded in accordance with traceability requirements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Maintain full end-to-end traceability of kits and consumables, including LOT and expiry information where required.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Ensure First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) stock rotation is consistently applied to kits and consumables.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Complete all production and target sheets clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment across packing workstations and warehouse areas.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Assist with the receipt, checking, and put-away of inbound deliveries as required, ensuring stock is correctly identified and recorded.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Support dispatch activities during periods of high demand or operational need.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: Accurately label and dispatch sexual health self-sampling kits in accordance with SOPs, dispatch schedules, and daily targets.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Ensure dispatched kits meet quality and compliance requirements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Prioritise dispatch activities in line with KPIs, service level agreements, and operational instructions.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Maintain complete traceability records for dispatched kits and components, including LOT and expiry data where applicable.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Apply correct stock rotation principles (FEFO) to all kits and consumables used in dispatch.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Collate, seal, and prepare mail sacks for daily collection in line with courier and postal requirements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Always maintain confidentiality and data protection standards when handling sensitive materials.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Keep dispatch workstations and office areas clean, organised, and 12pt\">· Adhere to quality, compliance, and governance requirements relevant to medical or diagnostic kit handling.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Escalate stock discrepancies, damaged goods, expired or near-expiry items, and traceability issues promptly to a supervisor.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Participate in training, audits, and continuous
