You must be ready to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">own the mission</span>, overseeing complex, multi-domain efforts that <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">shape the future of naval warfare technology</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be expected to lead with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Excellence</span>, serve with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Integrity</span>, and approach every problem with a drive to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Get Things Done</span>. This requires a blend of program management expertise and technical depth in areas such as modeling and simulation, software engineering &amp; agile development, DevSecOps &amp; cybersecurity, and operational expertise in mine warfare, littoral operations, surface combat, or special warfare.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership and coordination.</span> Inspire and align cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to achieve mission objectives while managing stakeholder relations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Program management.</span> Oversee planning, execution, and risk management to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical and operational input.</span> Integrate technical expertise and operational insight to shape M&amp;S, engineering, and tactics solutions to meet mission needs.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance and reporting.</span> Ensure strict compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements by maintaining transparent and accurate reporting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements: </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">​</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Advanced degree preferred</span>.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">10+ years of experience</span> in technical or operational program management. Navy experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">M&amp;S and Tactics development</span> to include mission, training, and engineering simulations; fleet certification and post-mission analysis; and concept of operations (CONOPS) development.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Software development experience</span> using languages such as C#, C++, React, Qt, Python, or MATLAB; proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Agile or DevSecOps ecosystems</span> is required.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">cybersecurity</span> policies and frameworks, including Risk Management Framework development. ​</li>\n<li>U.S. Citizenship is mandatory. Candidates are required to have an active <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DoD</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Secret</span> clearance upon hire and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Naval surface, littoral, special, and/or mine warfare operations, tactics development, and Fleet support. ​</li>\n<li>Knowledge of existing Navy Surface Warfare and Mine Warfare M&amp;S tools. ​</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Quality Management System standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015) and Safety Program implementation.</li>\n<li>Experience with training development and delivery for military personnel.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary location:</span> Panama City, FL. ​Travel (CONUS or OCONUS) may be required.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is your chance to lead programs that shape the future of naval warfare.
