Works with business owners to improve ongoing processes.</li><li>Develops metrics to drive improvement of care and processes</li><li>Coaches staff in the use of quality improvement tools, ensuring transfer of knowledge and creating a culture of continuous improvement within the organization</li><li>Leads quality improvement teams to identify barriers and improvement opportunities, develops action plans, ensures timely completion of targets, and develops sustainability plans</li><li>Oversees Quality Improvement Action Plans and monitors, tracks, and reports regularly on the status of quality improvement initiatives to leadership</li><li>Assist in the writing of the CBH Quality Management Work Plan, Quality Management Program Description, and PEPS Quarterly Reports and Annual Evaluation. Assists with Triennial Review preparation</li><li>Assists with implementation and monitoring of Continuous Readiness Program activities</li><li>Attend quality related meetings and conferences on behalf of the Manager of Quality Improvement&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Education: Master&rsquo;s degree in behavioral health, healthcare, public administration, or social sciences</li><li>License/Certification: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
