Job Summary: Our client, a global leader in the travel technology and retail industry, is seeking an Office Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations within the office. The role involves managing front desk activities, supporting staff with administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for visitors. The position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to uphold company standards and ensure compliance with office procedures. Responsibilities: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or a related field. CPA qualification is an added advantage. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in taxation-related tasks. At least 2–5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role. Strong understanding of IAS and local accounting principles and regulations. Proficiency in IT and accounting systems. Demonstrated initiative, proactive decision-making, and self-starter attitude. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Kiswahili. Requirements Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with office equipment such as printers and fax machines. Professional appearance and attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. Strong customer service orientation.
