Our sales team thrives on pushing boundaries, mixing textures, finishes, and styles to create something unforgettable.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Position Overview:</span></span><br><span>We’re looking for a highly creative designer who can take a concept and turn it into a show-stopping vehicle wrap, and then help bring it to life. This role blends design and hands-on application, ideal for someone who loves both the creative process and seeing their work out on the road.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What You’ll Do:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Design bold, original vehicle wraps that stand out and capture attention</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with our sales team to develop creative concepts that “wow” clients</span></li>\n<li><span>Experiment with textures, finishes, and layered visual styles (matte, gloss, metallic, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare production-ready files for print and installation</span></li>\n<li><span>Design other wide-format creative signage projects such as small signs, fleet decals, window and wall wraps and decals</span></li>\n<li><span>Stay on top of design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What We’re Looking For:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Strong design skills with a portfolio that shows creativity and originality</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span>A good eye for color, composition, and how designs translate onto vehicles</span></li>\n<li><span>Interest or experience in vehicle wraps, vinyl, or signage</span></li>\n<li><span>Hands-on mindset—you’re willing to be involved in installation, not just design</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to take creative direction and also push ideas further</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Bonus Points If You:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Have experience designing or installing vehicle wraps</span></li>\n<li><span>Understand different vinyl materials, finishes, and application techniques</span></li>\n<li><span>Enjoy experimenting and pushing beyond “safe” design</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What You’ll Get:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>A creative-first environment where bold ideas are encouraged</span></li>\n<li><span>The chance to see your designs come to life on real vehicles</span></li>\n<li><span>Variety: every project is different</span></li>\n<li><span>Competitive pay based on experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Opportunities to grow your creative and technical skills</span></li>\n</ul>",
