With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn&#39;t a retail location we can&#39;t service.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.</li>\n\t<li>Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.</li>\n\t<li>Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.</li>\n\t<li>maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.</li>\n\t<li>Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.</li>\n\t<li>Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.</li>\n\t<li>Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically.&nbsp; Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.</strong></p>\n\n<p><strong>Compensation Range:</strong>&nbsp;$50,544 - $59,280 annually<br />\n<strong>Note:</strong>&nbsp;This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.00 - $19.00 per hour.<br />\nThe range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses.
