Our programs support multiple Federal agencies, the Department of Defense and often focused on the space initiatives of our government customers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>I2X Technologies is seeking a Test Engineer</strong> to support ongoing activities for a customer in <strong>Littleton, CO</strong>. <strong>This position will be on-site.</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide systems engineering/integration support to coordinate with Systems Engineering and Integrating and Test, software, Avionics, and other technical to enable the derivation of a comprehensive set of test cases and test requirements that exercise nominal and off-nominal mission-critical test events</li>\n <li>Develop test planning products in support of mission simulation and functional tests including Test Information Sheets (TISs), Test Specifications, and other products </li>\n <li>Develop detailed test procedures for mission simulation and functional tests</li>\n <li>Support execution of planned mission simulation and functional tests in the Test Labs.</li>\n <li>Develop test reports.</li>\n <li>Support working groups, technical reviews, test lab integration/planning meetings, and other program meetings as necessary in support of Mission Test engineering. </li>\n <li>Perform data validation support</li>\n <li>Able to run tests on shift work as lab schedules require (labs operate 6 days a week 7 AM to Midnight)</li>\n <li>Perform Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) on test procedure execution non-conformances/failures</li>\n <li>Perform systems enginering including writing/mainting set of requirements ad the system and subsystem level, decomposed from higher level requirement specifications (ensuring correct requirement text, tracability, linkages, etc)</li>\n <li>Writing/maintaining verification requirements ensuring correct success criteria, verification menthod, allocation to test procedures, conformance/non-conformance with contractual requirments</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Degree in Computer Science, engineering or the hard sciences (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics)</li>\n <li>9+  years’ experience of test engineering</li>\n <li>Python, Java or like scripting language</li>\n <li>Experience generating test plans, procedures, execution, debugging/trouble shooting</li>\n <li>Experience testing in a lab setting - following strict procedures, writing debug flags</li>\n <li>Agile development</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Desired Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Orion or Deep space programs, space vehicles operations/commands</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>US Citizenship is required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is listed . May require walking long distance from parking to work station. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds.
