We have a highly collaborative culture supported by our EAGLE PRIDE values!\\n\\n \\n\\nJOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!\\n\\n \\n\\nThe Housekeeping Staff is responsible for cleaning the common areas and maintaining cleanliness of assigned work areas for residents of the community. \\n\\n \\n\\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!\\n\\n \\n\\n\\n\\tOversee cleaning of the entire facility, with daily emphasis on the common areas. \\n\\tComplete maintenance request when needed. \\n\\tReport notices of deterioration or damage to the building and furnishings to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager. \\n\\tOperate the laundry room when needed. \\n\\tReport inadequate quantities of cleaning supplies, brooms, mops, buckets, etc. to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.\\n\\tClean office areas when assigned. \\n\\tDust and clean all window blinds in the facility. \\n\\tDust all furniture, bookshelves, etc., in the common areas. \\n\\tUse only approved cleaning agents and maintain up to date MSDS for all cleaning products. \\n\\tBe willing and able to learn chemical and biohazard guidelines. \\n\\tKeep common area bathrooms clean. \\n\\tAttend staff meetings as scheduled. \\n\\tThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.\\n\\n\\n \\n\\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!\\n\\n \\n\\n\\n\\tHigh school diploma or GED diploma \\n\\tAbility to bend and lift accordingly to job assigned and with a minimum lifting capability of 25 lbs. \\n\\tAbility to work on feet for extended periods of time. \\n\\tPrior experience is helpful but not required. \\n\\tSanitation Experience is preferred. \\n\\tExperience with cleaning mechanical equipment. \\n\\tHave the discipline to follow safety guidelines. \\n\\tDetail oriented and organized.\\n\\tAbility to work the schedule with prompt and dependable attendance. \\n\\tOccasional travel may be required\\n\\n\\n \\n\\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our Nest is your Nest!\\n\\n \\n\\n\\n\\tThe employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach. \\n\\tThe employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. \\n\\tThe employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. \\n\\tWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
