Apply today - we can't wait to meet you!&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Help the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day operations.</li><li>Oversee recruitment and training of new team members.</li><li>Ensure team members work productively and develop professionally.</li><li>Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations.</li><li>Help direct our team member performance evaluation process.</li><li>Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships.</li><li>Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
