      "content": "\n<li>Act as the primary technical expert for all regional escalations, diagnosing complex issues across all vehicle subsystems (chassis, powertrain, compute, sensing, and networking).</li>\n<li>Direct the daily workflow of the Regional FSE team, overseeing performance management, career development, resource allocation, and team building.</li>\n<li>Perform deep root-cause analysis using logs, vehicle diagnostics, and fleet data to resolve high-impact issues and prevent recurrence.</li>\n<li>Partner closely with HQ FSE team to improve diagnostics, tooling, and issue detection capabilities.</li>\n<li>Lead field validation efforts, including hardware/software bring-up and functional testing for new components and system updates.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain scalable troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and countermeasures to improve repair efficiency and fleet reliability.</li>\n<li>Support operational needs by traveling occasionally, with travel requirements of up to 25%</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering&nbsp;</li>\n<li>At least 8 years of relevant experience in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicles, with hands-on exposure to sensors</li>\n<li>Understanding of vehicle hardware/software architectures, including communications, diagnostics, and safe troubleshooting of low/high voltage systems Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS), and how to safely troubleshoot</li>\n<li>Proven ability to perform holistic system-level problem solving and drive issues down to root cause at the component level</li>\n<li>Experience reading and interpreting schematics, electrical diagrams, and connector end views/pinouts</li>\n"
