    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Thank you for your interest in working with Friendswood Counseling Center, LLC (FCC). <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are always looking to add excellent therapists to our clinical team! </span> FCC is currently hiring for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">part-time and full-time therapists</span> who are fully <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">licensed to practice independently</span> in Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD) and can <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">work primarily in the Friendswood office</span>. We hope to be your next home!</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">We are seeking therapists who are passionate about their work with clients and genuinely driven to provide high-quality, client care. We are also seeking therapists who are empathic, able to work well independently, demonstrate flexibility, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. It is vitally important for our therapists to have strong DSM-5 diagnostic skills and a clinically sound therapeutic approach in their work with clients. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The Ideal FCC Therapist is:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Warm, compassionate, and able to easily build and maintain rapport with clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Able to work well independently and contribute collaboratively as a team player</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Proficient and comfortable with technology</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Experienced in providing short-term as well as long-term therapy and has the clinical skill-set/depth to effectively do so </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">*Willing to provide a minimum of 10 client sessions per week, primarily via in-office sessions with telehealth sessions offered only on an as-needed basis. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>*We are not hiring for 100% telehealth therapist positions at this time due to a high request for in-office appointments.  </span></span></span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Excellent with time management, timely start and end to sessions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Willing to provide some evening and/or weekend appointments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Able to maintain appropriate and timely clinical documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Individually contracted with one or more insurance companies (United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS) or willing to be enrolled</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The Ideal FCC Therapist has:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">A Master’s Degree</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">A Valid Texas state license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD (<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">*No interns, Master’s level clinician still under supervision or Master's level associates</span>)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Professional liability insurance with coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">About FCC:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Mission is </span><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">to provide quality, compassionate mental health services to individuals and families to improve their overall happiness and quality of life</span>. </span></span>We’ve been in business since 2012, and since that tim,e we have developed the philosophy that our role is to provide our clients with a comfortable and supportive environment conducive to insight, healing, and personal growth. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">FCC’s core values include compassion, integrity, respect, accountability, and teamwork</span>.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">We are primarily an insurance-based practice, although we do have some clients who choose to self-pay. We typically work with children as young as 5 years old, adolescents, teenagers, adults, as well as some senior adults.  The clients we work with most often are voluntarily seeking services for depression or a mood disorder, anxiety, grief/loss, family/relationship difficulties, OCD, ADHD, or adjusting to different transition periods in life. The majority of our clients are high-functioning individuals. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The primary mode of therapy being provided is individual therapy sessions</span>.
