🔧 What You’ll Do
As a Service & Sales Manager at Seaside, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Technicians
Set clear expectations and hold your team accountable to performance standards
Conduct ride-alongs, 1:1s, and ongoing coaching
Drive revenue through technician performance and execution
Partner with dispatch and customer service to optimize operations
Monitor KPIs and take action when performance is off track
Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new technicians
Step in to assist with technical challenges and closing sales when needed
Ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience
Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
