Our cross-functional team of approximately 20 engineers, designers, and product experts is dedicated to building intuitive and impactful navigation experiences for a global audience via our HERE Wego mobile app for Mobile and Web.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Product Manager for HERE WeGo, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the product vision for our consumer applications. Your focus will be on delivering high-impact solutions that meet user needs and align with business objectives.<strong>You can find out more about HERE Wego on: HERE Wego page </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implementing the strategy for consumer app products to fulfill overall business goals.</li>\n <li>Defining, implementing, and maintaining a compelling user value proposition.</li>\n <li>Coordinating the efforts to boost product visibility and discoverability.</li>\n <li>Together with the Marketing team, defining and implementing user acquisition strategy and practices.</li>\n <li>Owning and evolving the product roadmap in line with market needs and internal alignment.</li>\n <li>Collaborating closely with design, engineering, QA, and other internal teams to drive delivery.</li>\n <li>Aligning with cross-functional groups, including Automotive, Enterprise, Location Services, Map Content, and more, to realize the product strategy.</li>\n <li>Up to 10% travel required for this role.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Who are you?</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in <strong>Product Management</strong>, <strong>Computer Science, Information Systems</strong>, or a related technical field.</p></li>\n <li><p>Several years of experience in managing <strong>mobile consumer apps as a Product Manager.</strong></p></li>\n <li>Strong understanding of the <strong>consumer navigation app ecosystem.</strong></li>\n <li>Experience related to key company domains such as personal navigation, micro-mobility, automotive software, and map data.</li>\n <li>A passion for automobiles, both <strong>EV and ICE</strong>, is reflected in your work or hobbies.</li>\n <li>Expertise in interpreting and leveraging app KPIs and analytics to drive decisions.</li>\n <li>Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and coordinate across multiple teams.</li>\n <li>Strategic thinking with attention to detail when needed.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What Do We Offer?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A great work-life balance.</li>\n <li>30 paid vacation days.</li>\n <li>Hybrid model of work (2 days office and 3 days home office per week).</li>\n <li><p>On-site Gym and Sauna, Stay active and unwind with our fully equipped fitness center and relaxing sauna.</p></li>\n <li><p>Yoga Room,  A dedicated space for mindfulness, stretching, and relaxation.</p></li>\n <li>Work on the development of high-scale services, serving and storing petabytes of data.</li>\n <li>Work with cutting-edge, modern technologies.</li>\n <li>Flexible working hours.</li>\n <li>Competitive salary plus bonus.</li>\n <li>BVG Ticket (<em>For Berlin location</em>).</li>\n <li>German language course (<em>For Germany-based employees</em>).</li>\n <li>Employee wellness programs and life-coaching sessions. </li>\n <li>A diverse team of fantastic & talented people from 60+ countries worldwide.</li>\n <li>Brown bag talks, team events, BBQ on the rooftop, and more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Change is HERE.
