By utilizing technology, we ensure that our merchants, shoppers, and customers receive faster and more efficient service every day.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Supervisor that will manage various operational tasks, coordinate activities related to drivers and support the logistics management in the required tasks.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fleet Quality &amp; Performance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement quality frameworks to improve driver behavior, service standards, and customer experience</li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze fleet KPIs (acceptance rate, cancellations, delays, customer ratings, etc.) and drive continuous improvement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Training &amp; Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead onboarding programs for new drivers</li>\n<li>Develop and deliver ongoing training sessions focused on safety, service quality, and performance improvement</li>\n<li>Drive behavioral change initiatives across the fleet</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Auditing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all drivers meet company standards (documentation, appearance, vehicle condition, safety compliance)</li>\n<li>Conduct regular field audits and zone visits</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate fleet segmentation and documentation tracking</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety &amp; Risk Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and scale the road safety program</li>\n<li>Track incidents, enforce safety policies, and implement preventive actions</li>\n<li>Oversee daily safety reports and follow-ups</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication &amp; Engagement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own in-app communication with drivers, ensuring clear, timely, and actionable messaging</li>\n<li>Launch targeted campaigns to address key operational priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement performance-based reward and penalty systems</li>\n<li>Identify low-performing segments and execute improvement plans</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-functional Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Operations, Product, and Customer Experience teams to improve end-to-end service quality</li>\n<li>Support the development of tools and features that enable a builder-first, data-driven fleet operation<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2–4 years in logistics, fleet management, operations, or a related field (delivery or mobility experience is a plus)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Excel</span> (data analysis, reporting, insights)</li>\n<li>Ability to translate data into actionable improvements</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Arabic and English</span></li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adopt operational tools and systems</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Problem-solver with a proactive mindset</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with drivers</li>\n</ul>",
