    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Tremco CPG Inc., a world leader in solving complex roofing and waterproofing problems for commercial, institutional, healthcare and corporate accounts since 1928, currently has an opportunity for a <strong>Summer Intern</strong>&nbsp;to join our team to assist with Power BI report development.<span>&nbsp; </span>The Intern will also participate in Tremco’s Summer Internship Program along with other fellow Interns.</p><p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><strong>Job duties/responsibilities: </strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques. Provide ongoing reporting and analysis.</span></p></li><li><p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Develop and implement solutions for data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.</span></p></li><li><p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Acquire data from primary or secondary sources. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.</span></p></li><li><p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Build and deliver reports, data visualizations, and data analysis products to management and business users for feedback.</span></p></li><li><p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Improve and automate existing manual reporting and analysis functions.</span></p></li><li><p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.</span></p></li><li><p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>College Junior, Senior, or Graduate</li><li><p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">MIS, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Modeling, or Business related field</span></p></li><li>Coursework in / experience with Power BI (required), SQL (preferred but not required), other coding languages (preferred but not required)</li></ul><p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">The hourly&nbsp;rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $17.00 and $21.50.
