closely with Installation Managers, Scheduling, Service, Sales, and Leadership to ensure our operations are organized, professional, and consistently delivering exceptional results.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span></p>\n<p>Lead the execution of installation operations across British Columbia</p>\n<p>Set and maintain <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">clear installation standards and jobsite expectations</span></p>\n<p>Train, mentor, and develop new and existing installation crews</p>\n<p>Ensure installers follow proper <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">installation methods, safety procedures, and customer care standards</span></p>\n<p>Conduct jobsite reviews to ensure quality workmanship and clean, professional job environments</p>\n<p>Strengthen installation processes and best practices</p>\n<p>Support crew capacity planning and onboarding of new installers</p>\n<p>Work closely with operations teams to ensure installs run efficiently and on schedule</p>\n<p>Address quality issues quickly and ensure they are corrected properly</p>\n<p>Build a culture where installers take pride in their craft and their
