Working under the supervision of licensed nurses, the PCA provides daily care, emotional support, and structure within a safe, therapeutic environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, patient, and passionate about helping young people heal and grow.</p><hr data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1368\"><h2 data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1399\"><strong data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1397\">Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"2287\"><li data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1577\"><p data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1577\">Provide direct care and supervision for pediatric patients, assisting with <strong data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1514\">Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)</strong> such as bathing, dressing, feeding, transfers, and grooming.</p></li><li data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1687\"><p data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1687\">Observe, monitor, and <strong data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1625\">accurately document</strong> patients&rsquo;
