Damar is currently seeking a Residential Manager to join our team. Ensures that these communications are recorded in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Remains up to date on treatment best practices to ensure to proactively meet client demands</li>\n <li>Works with staff and facilitates training of staff, ensuring all staff complete training as required and on time per program specifications</li>\n <li>Provides support to the Lead Staff in managing staff schedules according to staffing budget. Ensures assigned unit(s) are staffed in alignment with regulatory requirements, including working the unit as required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p><strong>What you need to be considered:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One year of people management experience preferred</li>\n <li>Must be able to verify one of the following qualifications:\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Bachelor’s Degree combined with one year of full-time experience working with behavioral challenges and/or individuals identifying with the DD/ID population</p></li>\n   <li><p>Associate degree or 48 completed credit hours combined with two years of full-time experience working with behavioral challenges and/or individuals identifying with the DD/ID population</p></li>\n   <li><p>High School Diploma or GED combined with four years of full-time experience working with behavioral challenges and/or individuals identifying with the DD/ID population</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements</li>\n <li>Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving)</li>\n <li>Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions</li>\n <li>Successfully complete a pre-employment physical</li>\n <li>Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#DSLeadership</p>",
