The Residential Manager will lead, direct and monitor treatment services provided by assigned staff within Damar’s Children’s Residential Services. Ensures that these communications are recorded in a timely manner Remains up to date on treatment best practices to ensure to proactively meet client demands Works with staff and facilitates training of staff, ensuring all staff complete training as required and on time per program specifications Provides support to the Lead Staff in managing staff schedules according to staffing budget. Ensures assigned unit(s) are staffed in alignment with regulatory requirements, including working the unit as required What you need to be considered: One year of people management experience preferred Must be able to verify one of the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree combined with one year of full-time experience working with behavioral challenges and/or individuals identifying with the DD/ID population Associate degree or 48 completed credit hours combined with two years of full-time experience working with behavioral challenges and/or individuals identifying with the DD/ID population High School Diploma or GED combined with four years of full-time experience working with behavioral challenges and/or individuals identifying with the DD/ID population Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving) Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions Successfully complete a pre-employment physical Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening #DSLeadership
