Description

Veneer Technologies is looking for a qualified Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing team! We offer competitive pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, 401k and more! Veneer Tech's Industrial Electrician position is responsible for supporting our manufacturing operations through installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and industrial equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production efficiency (knowledge of European equipment design a PLUS!). This role involves working closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment, including motors, conveyors, control panels, and PLCs Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate tools and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters) Maintain and update documentation of all electrical systems, changes, and repairs. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical components to avoid unexpected equipment failure. Work closely with engineers, maintenance staff, and production teams to support efficient operations. Ensure all work complies with national and local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failure and recommend improvements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and observe all safety protocols. Other duties as assigned.
