This role involves working closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment, including motors, conveyors, control panels, and PLCs</li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.</li><li>Troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate tools and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters)</li><li>Maintain and update documentation of all electrical systems, changes, and repairs.</li><li>Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical components to avoid unexpected equipment failure.</li><li>Work closely with engineers, maintenance staff, and production teams to support efficient operations.</li><li>&nbsp;Ensure all work complies with national and local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failure and recommend improvements.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment and observe all safety protocols.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
