We are seeking an AML Analyst to join our dynamic team that is committed to ensuring a safe and secure gaming experience for our players. As an AML Analyst, you will be at the forefront of preventing and detecting money laundering and terrorist financing activities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and investigate medium/high-risk accounts and suspicious activity</li>\n<li>Escalate cases to the MLRO and take action to mitigate risk and revenue loss</li>\n<li>Complete regulatory and business reporting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the MLRO and Risk, Payments &amp; Fraud teams to improve AML processes and tools</li>\n<li>Monitor customer accounts, registrations, transactions, and site activity for suspicious or unusual behaviour</li>\n<li>Conduct AML, KYC, SoW, SoF, CRA, age verification, and responsible gaming checks in line with policy</li>\n<li>Investigate transactions using internal systems, external data, and public sources; compile risk assessments</li>\n<li>Review transactions from banned countries and ensure all activity aligns with AML/KYC policies</li>\n<li>Draft and escalate Suspicious Activity/Transaction Reports to the MLRO when required</li>\n<li>Handle Source of Wealth requests, documentation review, record keeping, and account noting</li>\n<li>Act as the first point of contact for AML-related queries across internal teams and third parties</li>\n<li>Communicate with customers via email to request information or documentation</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate internal databases and produce regular productivity and KPI reports</li>\n<li>Contribute to policy, product, and process development; attend AML, fraud, and responsible gaming training</li>\n<li>Manage escalations and prioritised cases raised by management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in an AML analyst role within the iGaming industry or a similar regulated industry.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of AML regulations, guidelines, and best practices, including familiarity with KYC procedures</li>\n<li>Proficiency in using AML screening tools, transaction monitoring systems, and other relevant software applications.</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and suspicious activities.</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously.</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary.</li>\n<li>Health Insurance &amp; Fitness Benefit.</li>\n<li>Weekly Team meals.</li>\n<li>Team-building events and parties.</li>\n<li>Learning &amp; Development opportunities.</li>\n<li>A great working environment.</li>\n</ul>",
