To always put the team and guest first, and work to build a lifelong relationship with each melin guest and the melin brand. In addition, the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for opening and closing the store, handling operational procedures, inventory management, managing the POS system, and overall upkeep of the store while providing exceptional customer service and fostering a team environment.
