    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">The <strong>Business Banking Market Manager RM II</strong> will manage a team of Relationship Managers responsible for Business Banking customers in the 1MM – 50MM market. The Market Manager will be responsible for attaining financial and sales goals through active coaching and managing to the Business Banking defined DRIVE sales process and sales management process (including cold calling) as well as required paperwork.</p><ul><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Develop skills and competencies of their team, maintaining optimum staffing occupancy</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Ensure focus on identifying and closing cross sell product opportunities, and acquiring new customer relationships within the assigned branches</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Provide coaching and managing to the team around DRIVE sales activities and expectations</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Lead, develop and motivate the sales team in their professional growth and maximizing their overall contribution to the business, as well as recruiting sales representatives to build bench strength level of focus on results - finding more effective ways to be efficient.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials</strong></p><ul><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">8+ years Business sales development experience</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">5+ years experience leading a team to achieve sales results</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">5+ years of credit experience</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Strong presentation skills, both verbal &amp; written</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Ability to work in a matrix organization and develop partnerships across&nbsp;business lines</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Strong PC skills, both in Word and Excel, or similar software</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Strong knowledge of banking deposit/credit products and services</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Strong knowledge of bank operations/systems and compliance/regulatory issues</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;Hours &amp; Work Schedule</strong></p><ul><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Hours per Week: 40</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Work Schedule: Monday - Friday</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay Transparency</strong></p><p><span style=\"color: inherit; font-family: inherit;\"><span lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\" style=\"border: 0px; font: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;\">The salary range for this position is $172,000 - $225,000 per year.
