You’ll ensure claims are handled efficiently, compliantly, and in line with service level agreements, authority levels, and customer-specific processes. You’ll play an important role in delivering a smooth and supportive settlement journey for customers while working closely with colleagues across the business.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>🔹 Claims Management: Handle motorcycle claims from settlement through to resolution<br>🔹 Customer Communication: Respond professionally to calls, emails, and correspondence<br>🔹 Decision Making: Assess claims and support fair settlement outcomes within authority levels<br>🔹 Data &amp; Systems: Accurately capture and maintain claim information within internal systems<br>🔹 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure claims are handled in line with FCA regulations and company procedures<br>🔹 Problem Solving: Resolve claim queries and support positive customer outcomes<br>🔹 Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, engineers, insurers, and brokers<br>🔹 Continuous Improvement: Support process improvements and share updates in claims legislation</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>✅ Vehicle Assessment Experience – Ideally within the insurance repair industry<br>✅ Claims Knowledge – Good understanding of claims handling processes and procedures<br>✅ Analytical Skills – Comfortable interpreting data and identifying trends<br>✅ Communication Skills – Able to communicate clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders<br>✅ IT Literate – Comfortable working across multiple systems and technologies<br>✅ Organisational Skills – Able to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks<br>✅ Customer Focus – Passionate about delivering a positive customer experience<br>✅ Positive Attitude – Proactive, supportive, and team-oriented approach</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Desirable: Experience within motorcycle claims, insurance settlements, engineering, or financial services</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why 4th Dimension Innovation Ltd?</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>We specialise in motorcycle claims handling, delivering services across engineering, repair, logistics, and customer support.
