We are recruiting Quality Assurance Technicians at Pictsweet's Clarksville, AR facility.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for established raw material, packaging in-process, microbiological and finished product testing audits during an assigned shift. This role will coordinate with other staff and supervisors to ensure production meets budget, scheduling, and quality standards. This is a safety sensitive position. This role ensures all safety systems are in place for the production of quality food products manufactured under clean and safe conditions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure and monitor all quality and food safety systems are in place for the production of quality products manufactured under clean and safe conditions.</li>\n <li>Monitors and ensures compliance with all regulations relating to food and personnel safety such as FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, HARPC, DOT, GMPs, Housekeeping, Allergen Segregation, etc.</li>\n <li>Conducts established raw material, packaging, in-process, microbiological and finished product testing/audits.</li>\n <li>Performs sanitation, GMP, Pre-operational inspections/audits.</li>\n <li>Know and observe safety, security, quality, sanitation and personal hygiene requirements and lead by example on the processing floor.</li>\n <li>Sensory evaluations of samples at all levels of production.</li>\n <li>Perform Critical Control Point monitoring functions.</li>\n <li>Assist during certification audits.</li>\n <li>Assist QA Senior Management.</li>\n <li>Follows all Company policies and procedures and ensures a safe work environment.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.</li>\n <li>Experience a plus, but not required.</li>\n <li>Must be able to maintain a high level of alertness and concentration while performing safety-sensitive task.</li>\n <li>Available to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.</li>\n <li>Effective oral and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Bilingual skills helpful but not required.</li>\n <li>Basic mathematical computations including fractions/decimals.</li>\n <li>Read and comprehend process, procedures, instructions, and standards.</li>\n <li>Functional knowledge to apply corrective actions, quality and food safety procedures correctly in times of failure.</li>\n <li>Perform duties with a high level of accuracy and detail.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence, motivate, and lead within a team environment.</li>\n <li>Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing, bending, pulling, walking on hard surfaces, reaching, and lifting.</li>\n <li>Requires repetitive motion with arms and hands.</li>\n <li>Must have ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, non-climate controlled areas, and/or a refrigerated packaging environment.</li>\n</ul>",
