This role partners with internal audit and risk stakeholders to translate information into data-driven insights, develop repeatable analytics, and support audit/risk assessments with evidence-based analysis.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is an early-career role designed for someone who enjoys working with datasets, dashboards, process data, and emerging AI-enabled approaches.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: 3px ;\"><li>Support the planning and execution of audits by performing data-enabled testing, including population analysis, exception identification, and trend/outlier detection/emerging risk patterns.</li><li>Assist with walkthroughs, control testing, and documentation (process narratives, risk/control matrices, and workpapers), incorporating data evidence.</li><li>Develop and maintain audit analytics routines (e.g., recurring tests for key controls) to improve coverage, efficiency, and consistency.</li><li>Contribute to clear, concise audit observations and reporting materials with data-backed conclusions and visuals, translating data patterns into risk/control implications.</li><li>Help monitor remediation progress by validating corrective actions using metrics and follow-up testing.</li><li>Assist with risk assessments (inherent/residual risk scoring, control effectiveness inputs).</li><li>Support risk monitoring and reporting by producing dashboards and recurring risk metrics.</li><li>Participate in team initiatives (methodology improvements, analytics library creation, training, and knowledge sharing).</li><li>Help identify opportunities to automate manual work (e.g., control testing, reconciliations, sampling) using workflow tools, scripts, or low-code solutions.</li><li>Follow audit/risk standards for workpaper quality, evidence retention, confidentiality, and independence.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</span></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 3.5px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum 2 years of experience in internal audit.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated ability to work with data: data cleaning, validation, analysis, and summarizing findings.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills; comfortable producing audit-ready evidence.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</span></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Financial services industry preferred but not required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analytical thinking: Spots patterns, asks good questions, and tests hypotheses.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Risk mindset: Connects observations to risk impact and control effectiveness.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Learns tools quickly and adapts methods to new datasets.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, Glenmede has 9 office locations in the US.
