We have a highly collaborative culture supported by our EAGLE PRIDE values!\\n\\n \\n\\nJOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!\\n\\n \\n\\nThe maintenance manager position manages the performance of maintenance staff, performs work of routine maintenance and performs related work as assigned.\\n\\n \\n\\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!\\n\\n \\n\\n\\n\\tMaintains a file system to include logs, inventory and inspection records and prepares reports.\\n\\tSchedules and supervises the general maintenance and janitorial staff. \\n\\tOperate hand and power tools used in performing maintenance and repair tasks.  \\n\\tEstablish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.\\n\\tRecognize work methods and procedures, which promote a safe working environment for employees and others.\\n\\tCommunicates effectively verbally and in writing.\\n\\tFollow verbal and written instructions.\\n\\tComplete monthly inspection reports on all equipment to include, but not be limited too, generators, elevators, fire suppression pump and other necessary equipment.  The inspection will also include an overview of the exterior condition of the building to include paint, stucco, expansion joints, light fixtures, doors, windows, etc.\\n\\tSchedule and meet with vendors to do repairs and maintenance of the building. \\n\\tMeet with vendors scheduled to do maintenance on a regular basis i.e. WSA, lawn company, etc.\\n\\tMaintain upkeep of all common areas\\n\\tMaintain chemical balance at pool and spa, along with upkeep and maintenance of pool equipment.  \\n\\tThis role supervises the maintenance staff and department.\\n\\n\\n \\n\\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!\\n\\n \\n\\n\\n\\tHigh school diploma or GED \\n\\t5-7 years prior experience repairing and maintaining a large building with many complex structures and systems.\\n\\tMust possess a valid Driver’s License.\\n\\tMust possess a valid Certified Pool Operator Certificate.\\n\\tOccasional travel may be required\\n\\n\\n \\n\\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our Nest is your Nest!\\n\\n \\n\\n\\n\\tThis is an active position and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. \\n\\tThe employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.\\n\\tWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at job sites.
