    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<ul>\n <li><strong>Role: Sr. Engineer Java Full Stack&nbsp;(CRM Front End, Banker Experience Domain)</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership capacity while also remaining hands-on with technical challenges.&nbsp;</i></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Lead a team of developers to design, develop and deploy robust, scalable and secure software solutions in compliance with enterprise standards</li>\n   <li>Work closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver features</li>\n   <li>Own the architecture and technical direction for new features and products</li>\n   <li>Develop architecture diagrams, detailed design diagrams, interfaces working with all the dependent technical teams</li>\n   <li>Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers to foster growth and ensure best practices are followed</li>\n   <li>Lead end to end development from User interface to server side logic to database management for all applications under the squad</li>\n   <li>Hands on development, root cause analysis, defect analysis as needed</li>\n   <li>Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and improve team skills</li>\n   <li>Provide direction and recommendations on solutions for security vulnerabilities</li>\n   <li>Represent Security variances in Security Technology review meetings</li>\n   <li>Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure system scalability, reliability, availability</li>\n   <li>Drive high standards for code quality, testing and documentation</li>\n   <li>Provide recommendations for tools and develop plans and strategies to improve overall hygiene for code development, delivery and release practices</li>\n   <li>Continue to develop a culture of modern software development practices</li>\n   <li>Own the applications and operational system tasks associated with the applications</li>\n   <li>Ensure seamless communication between development teams, other departments such as QA, Enterprise Architecture etc</li>\n   <li>Ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement</li>\n   <li>Stay up to date with latest trends in full stack development continuously researching and evaluating new technologies that can improve applications</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Experienced and adept at trouble shooting and debugging</li>\n   <li>Must understand and have implemented core development principles</li>\n   <li>Experience working with RESTful API design, SOAP services and microservices architecture</li>\n   <li>Proficient in front end development using React JS, Angular, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, ES6</li>\n   <li>Relational Database experience (SQL, Oracle), Other (Mongo DB is a must)</li>\n   <li>Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, code management (bitbucket, Gitlab), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure</li>\n   <li>Utilized code review tools such as SonarQube</li>\n   <li>Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Cypress,&nbsp; Mocha etc</li>\n   <li>Knowledge of Siebel CRM webservices is a plus</li>\n   <li>Hands on experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus</li>\n   <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams</li>\n   <li>Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to drive technical solutions in a fast-paced environment</li>\n   <li>Driven leader with ability to mentor and motivate team members and foster positive and productive team culture</li>\n   <li>Experience working in agile development environment (Kanban, Scrum)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>8+ years in full stack software development with hands on experience with front end (React, Angular), backend technologies (java, node.js) and web service integrations, and min 2 years of leading engineers.</li>\n   <li>5+ years of experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL, MongoDB</li>\n   <li>5+ years of experience in banking / finance industry</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Qualification:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Batchelor's degree with computer science or equivalent</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 40,000<br>\n Maximum Compensation: USD 140,000<br>\n Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
