    "description_html": "<p><strong>Job Title: </strong>Unarmed Security Guard<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Sacramento, CA</p><p><strong>Position:</strong> Full-time (5 days per week, 12:00 PM – 4:00 AM, not to exceed 40 hours per week, including holidays)</p><h3><strong>Duties:</strong></h3><ul><li>Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols across cemetery grounds, including buildings, memorial areas, and perimeter.</li><li>Monitor and control access points, including locking and unlocking gates.</li><li>Provide security presence during funeral services and special events, assisting with traffic and crowd control.</li><li>Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, coordinating with VA Police or local authorities as needed.</li><li>Maintain situational awareness and report suspicious activity or hazards immediately.</li><li>Complete and submit daily activity logs and incident reports within required timelines.</li><li>Safeguard government property and ensure all areas are secured at the end of each shift.</li><li>Provide courteous assistance to visitors while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor.</li><li>Follow all Post Orders and communicate effectively with the facility personnel.</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of relevant security experience.</li><li>Valid California Security Guard Card (BSIS) required.</li><li>Valid driver’s license.</li><li>Must be at least 21 years old.</li><li>Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>Fluent in English with strong communication and report-writing skills.</li><li>Physically able to perform foot patrols and work extended shifts.</li><li>Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.</li></ul>",
